• All appointments require a deposit to secure your session. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your total service price. Remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

• Cancellation Policy:

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and may require a rebooking fee.

• Late Policy:

• We allow a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or canceled depending on the schedule, and the deposit will be forfeited.

• Refund Policy:

• Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Results may vary, and consistency is key. We do not offer refunds for completed treatments.

• Training Courses:

• Deposits for training courses are non-refundable but transferable to another available date with at least 7 days’ notice. No-shows for training will lose their spot and deposit.

• Client Eligibility:

• By booking, you confirm you are not pregnant (unless receiving postpartum services), do not have any contraindications for treatment, and will notify BellezaVibes of any medical conditions beforehand.

• Privacy Policy:

• All client information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared. Photos shared on social media will only be posted with your written or verbal consent.
